1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Windows: All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
- Note: During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully pack each order to ensure safe transit.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer transparent and secure shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery Windows: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
- Delays: While we work closely with our carrier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional transit delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or local carrier bottlenecks.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to major destinations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and parts of Asia.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BrightBasket is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
- Tracking Email: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to populate.
- Instant Tracking: You can also track your package instantly at any time by visiting our Order Tracking Page.
- Support: If you haven’t received your order within [number] days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@brightbasket.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We recommend providing a physical residential or business address at checkout, as some premium carriers or expedited shipping services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
6. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. BrightBasket is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Redelivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a redelivery fee may apply.
- Lost Items: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before reaching out to our support team.
